Splitting bills every week? Save it in Lekhhaa and track who's paid back

Type the shared items, add everyone’s name and choose who paid. If someone had something alone — the non-veg dish, the drinks — add it next to their name, so the vegetarian isn’t paying for the chicken. Service charge and GST are spread in proportion to what each person had, down to the paisa, so the shares always add up exactly to the bill.

When you’re done, download the split as an image or copy a ready-to-paste WhatsApp message. Nothing is saved and you don’t need an account.

Why use this bill split calculator

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I split a bill with GST and service charge?+

Enter the food total before tax, then the service charge and GST percentages printed on the bill. Service charge is added to the food, GST is charged on food plus service charge, and the total is split in proportion to what each person had.

How do I split a veg and non-veg bill fairly?+

Put the dishes everyone shared in Shared items, then add each non-veg dish or drink next to the name of the person who had it. They pay for their own items plus an equal share of the rest, and tax is split in the same proportion.

What happens when the bill doesn’t divide evenly?+

The bill is split in paise and the leftover paise go one each to the first people in the list, so ₹100 among three becomes ₹33.34, ₹33.33 and ₹33.33 — exactly ₹100.

Can I save or share the split?+

Yes. Tap Download image to save a receipt-style picture, Share to send it straight to an app on your phone, or Copy for WhatsApp to paste a text summary.

Is this bill split calculator free?+

Yes, it’s completely free with no signup. Nothing you type is saved.

Can I track this across many bills?+
